[Objective]To select the optimal extraction technology of total saponins from RADIX ROSAE LAEVIGATAE;and to purify the total saponins by macroporous adsorption resins.[Methods]With the content of oleanolic acid as the reference substance,the total saponins content in RADIX ROSAE LAEVIGATAE was detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.Single factor test was adopted.The effects of extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on the total saponins of RADIX ROSAE LAEVIGATAE were investigated.Orthogonal test was designed according to the...
