目的探讨半夏泻心汤度其拆方对幽门螺杆菌感染小鼠胃黏膜T细胞亚群（CD4、CD8）表达的影响，井比较半夏泻心汤全方度各拆方组的作用。方法将120只小鼠随机分为10组，其中1至9组建立幽门螺杆菌感染小鼠模型。灌胃给药8d后，各组小鼠取胃黏膜做免疫组织化学染色，光镜下观察胃黏膜CD4、CD8表达情况并计数。结果模型组CD4^＋明显降低，CD8^＋明显增多，CD4^＋／CD8^＋比例下降。半夏泻心汤全方组、阳性药物对照组、苦寒加甘温组、苦寒组和苦寒加半夏组在胃黏膜细胞CD4^＋和CD8^＋表达水平上以度CD4^＋／CD8^＋比例上与模型组具有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。而各药物组之间比较，全方组作用明显优...

Objective To study the effects of Banxin Xiexin Decoction and its dismembering on CD4 CD8 of infectious gastrie mucosa induced by H.pylori in mice, and compare the actions of whole decoction with its dismembering. Methods 120 mice were divided into 10 groups at random.
