目的初步揭示艾灸干预幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)胃黏膜炎性损伤，保护胃黏膜损伤的机制。方法50只健康SD大鼠随机分为5组，即空白组、Hp模型组、艾灸组、艾灸对照点组和电针组。采用Hp灌胃造模。采用酶联免疫法检测大鼠胃组织匀浆液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量。结果艾灸预处理可降低Hp胃黏膜炎性损伤大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数(P

Objective To explore the mechanism of moxibustion in intervening inflammatory injury of Helicobacter pylori （lip） gastritis and protecting gastric mucosa.
