Clinical study on Huatan Tiaojing Fang combined with Diane-35 on treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome patients with phlegm-dampness obstruction pattern

目的：探讨化痰调经方联合达英－35治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）痰湿阻滞证的疗效与机制。方法60例 PCOS 患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组30例，对照组予达英－35口服，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予化痰调经方口服，共治疗3个月，疗程结束后观察临床疗效、血清性激素水平、卵巢体积及卵巢窦卵泡数（AFC）等指标。结果治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组90．0％，两组总体疗效相当（P ＞0.05）；治疗组在治疗后与停药3月后单项症状积分方面优于对照组（P ＜0．05）；治疗后患者血清雌二醇（Estradiol，E2）、睾酮（Testosterone，T）、血清促卵泡生成激素（Follicle Stimulating Hormone，FSH）水平...

Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Huatan Tiaojing Fang,a Chinese medicine compound formulated by the principle of resolving phlegm and regulating menstruation,combined with Diane-35 on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients with phlegm-dampness obstruction pattern.
