"证"作为中医学特有的识病模式,是中医理论的基础和精髓,是中医理法方药一脉相承的桥梁和关键.中医临床通过辨证发现疾病当前的病因、病机、病位、病势等特征,为论治提供依据.从"方因证立,方随证效"出发,分析证-方-药之间内在联系,构建中药属性与辨证论治的关系模型,探析方剂所用药物的性味功效、配伍与辨证的内在联系,并以自汗肺卫不固证的临床用药为例阐述该模型在临床的实际应用,以期为探究中医辨证论治的思维过程及中医临床科学用药提供参考.

Pattern is a unique way to identify disease in traditional Chinese medicine. As the basis and essence of TCM theory,it plays a key role in connecting principles,strategies,formulas and medicinal substances of TCM. Clinically,the etiology,pathogenesis,location,status and other characteristics of disease are discovered through pattern differentiation,which serves as a basis for treatment.
