目的 观察益气活血消癥法对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者前列腺组织细胞凋亡的影响.方法 手术采集BPH患者前列腺组织,进行细胞培养后随机分成空白组,他莫昔芬组(1.00 mg/L),益气活血消癥法高、中、低质量浓度组(6.25、3.13、1.56 mg/L),药物作用24 h后采用TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡指数,流式细胞仪检测细胞周期,RT-PCR法检测bcl-2、bax、caspase-3基因表达水平.结果 与空白组比较,益气活血消癥法各组细胞凋亡指数增加,且高、中质量浓度组与他莫昔芬组差异无统计学意义.益气活血消癥法各组G0/G1期细胞较空白组增加,而G2/M期细胞较空白组减少,且均与他莫昔芬组差异无统计学意义,益气活血消癥法高、中质量浓...

Objective To observe the influence of therapy of replenishing qi,activating blood and resolving aggregation on apoptosis of prostate tissue in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
