背景：六神丸是传统中药复方，具有清热解毒，散结消肿止痛之功效。现代药理证明六神丸具有抗炎、镇痛、强心、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等作用，临床上常用于各类感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤的治疗。 　　目的：探讨六神丸对食管癌移植瘤的抑瘤作用及对微血管密度、血管内皮生长因子表达的影响。 　　方法：通过复制人食管癌裸鼠移植瘤模型，将48只裸鼠随机分为六神丸高剂量组、六神丸中剂量组、六神丸低剂量组、顺铂组、模型组、空白组，按照给药方案用药。用药20 d后处死动物，称量瘤体质量，计算抑瘤率；免疫组化检测瘤组织微血管密度、血管内皮生长因子的表达。 　　结果与结论：六神丸高、中、低剂量组、顺...
