目的:观察艾灸对哮喘大鼠呼吸功能、\"肺俞\"穴局部皮肤中组胺和神经肽含量的影响,探讨艾灸治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和艾灸组,每组12只。卵清蛋白致敏并激发制备大鼠哮喘模型。激发的同时每天温和灸艾灸组大鼠\"肺俞\"穴,每次15 min,每天1次,连续干预14 d。用小动物肺功能测定仪测定各组大鼠的吸气阻力、呼气阻力和肺通气顺应性,酶联免疫吸附法检测\"肺俞\"穴局部皮肤中组胺和神经肽的含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠的吸气阻力和呼气阻力均显著增加(P

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of moxibustion on respiratory function and contents of histamine and neuropeptides in skin tissue of "Feishu" (BL13) in asthmatic rats, so as to explore its mechanisms underlying improvement of asthma. METHODS: Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into normal control, model and moxibustion groups, with 12 rats in each group.
