Objective: To establish a molecular method by ISSR for the identification of the Polygonatum odorarum including cultivated strain, wild strain and its adulterant, notheds: Primers with polymorphic and informative patterns were selected to amplify for these samples. The Nei' s genetic distance is obtained based on the result, then UPGMA cluster analysis is using by the Nei' s genetic distance. Results: 125 bands were obtained by 10 ISSR primers.
