中医药具有“简、便、效、廉”的特点，在健康保健方面有着悠久的历史与文化，本文结合老年人的健康保健需求，认为可从三个方面来发展老年人中医药健康保健：强化中医药健康保健理念；构建中医药预防保健服务体系；发展中医药健康保健产业，从而提高老年人生活质量。

Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of "simple, convenient, effective and cheap " ,also has a long history and culture in the aspect of health care.
