Clinical study of RPH with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨弹力线痔套扎术(Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids,RPH)结合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的效果。方法将符合纳入标准的120例混合痔患者随机分为2组,每组60例。治疗组行RPH结合外痔切除术,对照组予以混合痔外切内扎术。比较:(1)2组手术时间、住院时间及术前、术后第3 天、第7 天患者便血、肛门疼痛、肛门坠胀感、外痔肿胀及赘皮等症状的改善情况。(2)评价2组的总体治疗效果。结果治疗组手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,症状改善情况优于对照组,治愈率高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义( P
