目的:观察加味虎杖散对自身免疫性前列腺炎模型大鼠炎症因子单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1),血小板源生长因子BB(PDGF-BB)基因及蛋白表达的影响.方法:将72只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,每组12只,除正常组外,其余5组应用大鼠前列腺蛋白提纯液辅以免疫佐剂制备实验性自身免疫性前列腺炎大鼠模型,造模60d时正常组,模型组予生理盐水,西药组予消炎痛,加味虎杖散大剂量,中剂量,小剂量组分别按生药量0.445,0.223,0.089g/kg体重予中药复方连续灌胃,各组给药30d时处死,采用免疫组化,荧光定量RT-PCR等方法检测炎症因子mRNA及蛋白的表达.结果:加味虎杖散大,中,小剂量组前列腺组织MCP-1,PDGF-BBmRNA表达水平(...

To study the effects of Jiawei Huzhang San (JWHZS) decoction on the expressions of the inflammatory factors monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) on experimental autoimmune prostatitis in rats.
