A Study on the Effects of Yangxin Tongmai Tablet on the Lipid Level in Sermn and on the Microcirculation of Nail Fold among Cases with Insulin Resistance Syndrome

目的观察养心通脉片对胰岛素抵抗综合征(IRS)血脂水平及甲襞微循环(NFM)的影响.方法养心通脉片治疗组33例,二甲双胍片对照组34例,两组均服药2个月,于治疗前后测定血脂水平及NFM指标.结果治疗组与对照组均能明显增加高密度脂蛋白、降低低密度脂蛋白,而养心通脉片还能明显降低总胆固醇和甘油三脂.在改善IRS甲襞微循环的指标方面两组临床疗效相当.结论养心通脉片与二甲双胍片均能明显改善IRS血脂水平及NFM的指标,而养心通脉片在降脂方面疗效较优.

?Objective To investigate the effects of Yangxin Tongmai Tablet(YTT) on the lipid level in serum and on the microcirculation of nail fold among cases with insulin resistance syndrome(IRS).Methods 33 cases with IRS were treated with YTT and 34 such cases were treated by metformin hydrochloride,all for 2 months.For the cases in the two groups, the serum level of lipid and the indexes of nail fold microcirculation(NFM) were determined before and after the therapy.Results The two groups of cases all showed significantly increased level of high dens...
