县级公立医院补偿机制的设计不单纯是一个财务的平衡问题,涉及政府、医保、医院、价格等多方面的机制协调。以公立医院补偿机制改革的经验借鉴为出发点,总结了县级公立医院补偿机制设计的基本逻辑和"多机制框架"。依据激励相容理论,对"多机制框架"下的县级公立医院补偿机制进行了系统设计。
