提高医学本科生的科研能力已成为高校培养复合型人才的必然趋势，通过开展“本科生知识论坛”和依托重点实验室平台设立大学生创新基金，让医学本科生参与到具体的科研实践，提高他们的创新能力和综合素质。本文基于医学本科生参与科研训练的实践，探讨其对大学生综合能力培养的重要性。
