目的:旨在探索仙方消银片对寻常型银屑病的疗效与作用机制。方法:采用小鼠天然尾部鳞片模型,对实验组小鼠灌胃给药仙方消银片（水溶液）0.5 mL,每日1次,连续14天,并设灌胃给药复方青黛丸（水溶液）作对照,生理盐水灌胃作空白对照,观察鼠尾鳞片颗粒层细胞数。结果:实验组鼠尾鳞片颗粒层细胞数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Xianfangxiaoyinpian in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：Xianfangxiaoyinpian was given to mice through infusing stomach, once a day for 14 days,and fufangqingdaiwan and 0. 9% Nacl were given to mice in the control group respectively.
