Objective To study experimentally the effects of Yin enric hing, Qi boosting and Blood quickening Compound Formula(YQBCF) on the change s of renal s tructure at the early stage of diabetes in rats. Methods Rat models with diabetes were prepared by giving streptozocin (i.p),and hyperplasia of gl omerulus basement membrane and the thickness of mesangium were determined unde r ligh t microscope and by image analyzer.Results The hyperplasia degree of mesangium and basem ent membrane were largely inhibited among rats of treating group,significantly r educed than that in model group(P< 0.05 ).Conclu...
