经过探究AKR1B10在结肠癌和肺癌细胞生长中的主要表达,进而研究其作用及其作用的机制。本研究主要进行了初步对AKR1B10对结肠癌和肺癌细胞生长的作用的研究,进一步探讨了AKR1B10对结肠癌和肺癌生长的促进作用及分子机制,给使用AKR1B10防治肿瘤的医护人员提供重要理论基础,为结肠癌和肺癌的治疗医院提供实验依据,为从事肺癌干预和药物治疗的研究提供实用而经济便利的工具。

through study of main expression of AKR1B10 in colon cancer and lung cancer cells' growth, study its role and mechanism.
