目的 观察加减逍遥散联合他达拉非治疗肝气郁结型阳痿病的临床疗效.方法 将2018年9月至2019年3月于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院男性病科门诊就诊的肝气郁结证阳痿患者130例,按随机分配原则分为对照组65例(口服他达拉非,5mg/晚)和治疗组65例(他达拉非+加减逍遥散),两组患者均治疗12周,疗程结束后,观察并对比两组患者总有效率、勃起功能障碍国际指数(IIEF-5)评分、中医症候评分以及不良反应发生率.结果 后治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P
