　　目的 对冠心病血瘀证的临床症征进行计量分析。方法 将196例病例分为冠心病血瘀证组68例、冠心病非血瘀证组64例及正常对照组64例，分别采集一般情况、病史、临床表现等资料，参照数理诊断最大似然模型法计算出冠心病血瘀证临床主要症征的条件概率，并建立起冠心病血瘀证计量诊断指数表，根据指数表计算症征积分，进行回代性和前瞻性检验，以评价所建判别各证型计量诊断质数表的的判别效果。结果 根据指数表计算症征积分，其回代性检验(敏感性、特异性、准确性和可用性)各项参数均达85％以上，前瞻性检验的各项参数均达75％以上。结论 所建立的诊断指数表具有较好的实用性。
