党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央从中华民族的“根”和“魂”的战略高度推动优秀传统文化的传承发展。优秀传统文化的传承发展过程就是一个推动传统文化从被认知、接受、喜欢、认同到践行的过程。要遵从文化认同的生成逻辑，通过鲜活的内容、情绪的感染，话语的重塑、氛围的营造等创设路径，推动当代青年对优秀传统文化从接受、认同到传承发展。
