Effects of Different Hydroponic Nutrient Solutions on Biomass Production and Quafity of Aeroponically Grown Motherwort

采用雾培试验,比较华南农业大学叶菜B、日本园试、Hoagland、英国Hweitt和自拟配方5种营养液配方,检测各配方雾培℃母草的生物量、浸出物量、盐酸水苏碱和盐酸℃母草碱含量。结果表明,英国Hweitt配方的地上部分鲜质量和根系鲜质量均最高,自拟配方的盐酸益母草碱含量最高,日本园试、Hoagland和英国Hweitt配方的盐酸水苏碱含量较高,各配方的浸出物量基本相同。虽然英国Hweitt配方的生物量最高,但只有自拟配方雾培的℃母草符合中国药典的规定。

Using aeroponics, the effects of different hydroponic nutrient solutions （South China Agricultural University （SCAU） formula B, Japanese Garden formula （JG）, Hoagland formula, England Hweitt formula （EH） and self-prescrlbed formula （SP）on biomass production and drug quality of aeroponically grown motherwort were studied.The results showed that plants grown in EH solution showed the highest fresh mass of roots and shoots ;Plants grown in SP solution showed the highest hydrochloric leonurine content ; Plants grown in JG, Eh and Hoagland ...
