[目的]核算2014年湖南省卫生总费用,分析筹资及分配结构存在的问题,为卫生改革提供政策参考.[方法]采用来源法和机构法卫生费用核算方法.[结果] 2014年湖南省卫生总费用为1460.64亿元,占GDP比重为5.40％.其中,社会卫生支出比重上升到32.25％,个人卫生支出比重下降到38.03％.[结论]2014年卫生总费用结构趋优,个人现金卫生支出比重仍然较高.

Objective To calculate total health expenditure in 2014 in Hunan province, and analyze the problem of financing and distribution structure so as to provide reference health reform.
