目的初步探讨和总结中西药结合治疗复发性流产的临床思路与方法。方法全面检索中西药结合治疗复发性流产的国内外临床研究,以西医辨病用药联合中医辨证用药阐述中西药结合治疗内分泌、感染、免疫及血栓前状态等因素引起的复发性流产的临床思路与方法。结果临床运用中西药结合治疗内分泌、感染、免疫及血栓前状态等因素引起的复发性流产均具有一定优势。结论中西药结合治疗复发性流产临床疗效可靠,改善高凝状态及调节免疫和内分泌功能,提高胚胎存活率,值得临床推广应用。
