目的:探讨电针对糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠胃窦Cajal间质细胞（ICC）凋亡的影响。方法:取32只SD大鼠，分为空白对照组、模型组、电针组、胃复安组4组，每组8只。采用血糖仪测量大鼠血糖；酚红灌胃法测量计算胃排空率、小肠推进率；提取胃窦ICC原代细胞培养，用Western blot方法检测B细胞淋巴瘤蛋白质2（Bcl-2）、B淋巴细胞瘤-2相互作用蛋白（Beclin1）、半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶3（Caspase-3）的蛋白表达，流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。4组间各指标的比较采用单因素方差分析，组间两两比较采用LSD法。结果:与空白对照组相比，模型组、电针组和胃复安组血糖水平均上升，胃排空率、小肠推进率均降低，胃窦ICC...

Objective:To explore the effects of electroacupuncture on apoptosis of interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) in rats with diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:Thirty-two SD rats were divided into normal control (NC) group, model group, electroacupuncture group and metoclopramide group, with 8 in each group. The blood glucose was measured by a blood glucose meter. The gastric emptying rate and small intestine propulsion rate were measured by intragastric phenol red method.
