Policies on science and technology innovation in healthcare sectors in the context of supply-side structural reform

供给质量不高已经成为我国卫生与健康领域的主要问题,推进卫生与健康领域供给侧结构性改革提出了科技创新的新要求。基于科技创新理论的政治、经济、科技与社会四维目标政策分析框架,从政策层面对卫生与健康领域科技创新提出了精准健康服务、融合创新发展、改革科技体制等相应建议。
