目的:探讨由何首乌、熟地、肉苁蓉等中药组成的还少丹对大鼠血脂、载脂蛋白-胆固醇、过氧化脂质含量和单胺氧化酶活性的影响.方法:实验于2005-04在湖南中医学院分子生物学实验室完成.24只健康SD老年大鼠,随机分为对照组和药物组,每组12只.药物组用还少丹水煎液(由何首乌、熟地、肉苁蓉等中药组成)灌胃2 mL(含生药7 g)/(kg.d),对照组用等量生理盐水灌胃,5 d/周,另2 d自由饮水,给药80 d.大鼠禁食12 h后取血,检测血脂和载脂蛋白-胆固醇的含量,测定血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量,并取脑组织测定单胺氧化酶活性.结果:21只老年大鼠进入结果分析.①三酰甘油含量:药物组明显低于对照组[(0.97±...
