The asparagus of Triarrhena lutarioriparia (TL) is a popular vegetable with abundant chemical compounds in China. This study aims to optimize the ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) method for its content of total flavonoid and antioxidant activities by response surface methodology (RSM).
