The research of ultrastructure of uterus in rats with pelvic inflammatory disease

目的：探讨妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎的作用机制。方法：选用 Wistar 大鼠，行子宫内接种混合菌液造急性盆腔炎模型。将大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、妇科千金片低、中、高剂量组、妇炎康组、罗红霉素组，药物治疗后，取子宫组织，采用超微电镜观察组织病理变化。结果：正常组、假手术组的子宫内膜细胞超微结构正常；模型组的子宫内膜上皮细胞脱落、坏死、变性、纤维增生；妇科千金片低、中剂量组的子宫内膜上皮细胞水肿、脱落、坏死，纤维增生。妇科千金片高剂量组子宫内膜间质细胞线粒体水肿、空泡化外，均正常。妇炎康组子宫内膜上皮脱落、胶原纤维增生、间质细胞胞浆水肿、细胞萎缩、...

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Qianjintablet to treat rats with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: Female Wistar rats makes acute pelvic inflammatory disease model by vaccinating mixed bacterial liquid in uterus.
