科学研究作为高等学校的主要职能之一，也是评价高校实力的重要指标，日益受到关注。图书馆作为高校的辅助机构，参与了科研工作，但未受到重视。本文就图书资源对科研工作全过程的作用进行了阐述，并提出加强图书馆建设的途径，使图书资源工作成为科研不可或缺的帮手。
