象皮生肌膏具有去痛生肌、消炎长皮的功效,能够增强机体免疫力,调节细胞因子及纤维结合蛋白水平,进而有效促进创面的愈合。临床上可用于治疗各种溃疡、外伤性踝关节软组织损伤,及管理肛瘘术后创面等。本文旨在对近年来象皮生肌膏的作用机制与临床应用研究进行整理,以推动象皮生肌膏在治疗创面中的临床运用。

Xiangpi Shengji Ointment has the effects of anti-pain,muscle growth,anti-inflammatory and skin growth,can enhance body immunity,regulate the level of cytokines and fibronectin,and effectively promote wound healing.It can be used to treat various ulcers,traumatic ankle soft tissue injuries,soft tissue infections and wounds after anal fistula surgery in clinic.This article aimed to sort out the mechanism and clinical application research of Xiangpi Shengji Ointment in recent years,so as to promote the clinical applica...
