目的 探讨临床内科学教学中参与式教学的应用效果.方法 选择进入临床医学内科学学习的临床医学生80例为研究对象,随机分为两组各40例,研究组采用参与式教学法,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法.比较两组试验前后考核分数.结果 研究前两组学生考核评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);采用参与式教学模式后,研究组考核评分及实践操作评分均显著升高,并显著高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 临床医学课程教学中采用参与式教学能够显著提高学生的理论知识、实践能力.

Objective To discuss application results of participatory teaching mode in the clinical science teaching.Methods A total of 80 medical students into the clinical science learning were divided apparently into study group and control group（each group of 40 students）.
