Review of experimental studies of bax expressions of the regulation of traditional Chinese medicine on common complications of diabetes mellitus

糖尿病及其并发症发病机制复杂,尚未完全阐明。研究发现靶细胞的损伤、凋亡,进而导致的组织损伤,是糖尿病各种并发症发生、发展的重要因素。Bax是重要的细胞凋亡因子,其表达水平的异常,与糖尿病各种并发症发生、发展密切相关。研究发现单味中药或复方,可通过降低糖尿病并发症靶细胞中bax表达水平,改善靶细胞功能,保护靶细胞结构,降低靶细胞凋亡率,从而延缓糖尿病并发症的发生发展。现对近年来中医药调控糖尿病常见并发症中bax表达的相关实验研究进行述评,以飨同道。
