Septic shock in dogs was induced by intravenous injection of live E. coli. Group A receivedgentamycin and dexamethason, group B received saline. The survial rate in 48 hr was statisticallyhigher and the MAP 6 hr after the inlection of live E. Coli was improved for group A. Thechanges of platelet count, fibrinogen, WBC and PMN count, AT-III activity showed that septinshock and DIC were depresed in group A.
