目的:观察安胃丸对幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的防治作用。方法:用幽门螺杆菌菌液给小鼠灌胃制备幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎模型。给药20 d后,取胃窦部组织进行快速尿素酶实验、细菌培养及Gimsa染色进行HP的检测,并进行HE染色观察小鼠胃黏膜组织损伤情况。结果:安胃丸高、中、低剂量组的幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为70%,60%,30%,同时胃窦部黏膜炎症也有明显改善。结论:安胃丸对幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎有一定防疗作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of Anwei pills on H. pylori infected gastritis in the Balb/c mice. METHODS A Balb/c mouse model with Hp infectious gastritis was established through oral administration of mankind Hp, after oral administration of Anwei pills for 20 day, the stomach was removed from each mouse for the rapid u rea assay, H. pylori cultivation and Gimsa staining, pathologic changes of the gastric mucosa were studied by microscope.
