Effects of Jiaoai decoction of different processing formulae on uterine contractions,PT and fibrinolytic activity of animals

目的：优选胶艾汤的最佳炮制组方。方法：对胶艾汤全方生品、部分炮制、全方炮制a、全方炮制b等4种不同的炮制组合方进行家兔在体子宫平滑肌收缩运动、大鼠凝血酶原时间与纤维蛋白溶解活性实验,比较不同炮制组方的药效活性。结果：胶艾汤对家兔子宫收缩作用、对大鼠凝血酶原时间与纤维蛋白溶解活性强弱顺序是全方炮制b〉全方炮制a〉部分炮制〉全方生品。结论：胶艾汤全方药物需科学炮制方有最佳止血作用。
