大学要提高教育质量,就必须加强大学内涵建设.内涵建设是高教事业发展的硬道理,谁掌握了内涵建设的主动权,谁就赢得了未来的发展权.笔者认为,理念是大学内涵建设的前提,专业是大学内涵建设的根本,学科是大学内涵建设的龙头,教师是大学内涵建设的关键,制度是大学内涵建设的保证,文化是大学内涵建设的灵魂.

It is necessary to strengthen the connotation construction of university in order to improve educational quality. The connotation construction is the absolute principle of the higher education development. The person who masters the connotation construction initiative would gain the right to development in the future.
