目的:观察内外合治对甲亢模型大鼠甲状腺激素和甲状腺病理变化的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分成6组:正常组、甲亢模型组、西药对照组、甲亢方组、甲亢平膏外治组、内外合治组,除正常组外均用优甲乐灌服制作大鼠甲亢模型,观察甲亢方内服和甲亢平膏外贴相结合对模型大鼠的影响,21天后放免法测定血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、三碘甲腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）含量及对大鼠甲状腺指数和甲状腺病理改变的影响。结果:内外合治能降低甲亢大鼠血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4含量,提高血清TSH;内外合治可降低甲亢大鼠甲状腺指数,明显改善甲亢大鼠甲状腺病理改...

Objective ：To observe the effect of Chinese medicine by taking oral and plasterring outside thyroid on thyroid hormone and thyroid pathological changes of experimental hyperthyroid rat.
