Surrounding Needling Combined with Warm Soaking with Chinese Medicine Decoction for 20 Adolescents with Verruca Plantaris from Xiang Thinking

目的 从象思维角度观察运用围针刺联合中药温热浸泡治疗青少年跖疣（湿热血瘀证）20例的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年2月浏阳市中医医院皮肤科门诊收治的20例患者行围针刺治疗，每周治疗1次，2周为1个疗程；每次治疗24 h后联合自拟消疣方局部温热浸泡，1次/d，每次浸泡时间至少20 min，连续3 d，每周复诊观察疗效及不良反应，共治疗2个疗程。结果 所有患者治疗过程中无不良反应发生，总有效率85.00%。结论 围针刺联合中药温热浸泡治疗青少年跖疣（湿热血瘀证）具有良好的临床疗效和安全性，值得临床推广。
