目的：优选眩晕颗粒水提工艺。方法：采用HPLC法测定本制剂中葛根素、阿魏酸含量并对葛根素进行方法学考察，以两者浸出量为考察指标，选用L9（3^4）正交设计试验法优选眩晕定颗粒水提工艺。结果：眩晕定颗粒最佳水提工艺：不浸泡，加8倍量和6倍量水分别提取1．5h和1h。结论：分析方法快速、准确、可靠、重复性好，优选的提取工艺稳定可行。

Objective： To optimize the water extracting technology of Xuanyunding granules. Method ： The HPLC was used to determinate the content of puerarin, ferulic acid and the methodology for puerarin was studied, selected with the extraction as index, orthogonal design L9 （3^4） was used to optimize extraction craft.
