Objective: To optimize the conditions in the preparation process of Runfu Zhiyang gels. Method: The preparation process of the liposomal gels were optimized by orthogonal design with the glossiness, spreading ability, uniformity and centrifugal stabil-ity as the evaluation indices, and the amount of CMC-Na and glycerine and pH value as the influencing factors.
