Objective : To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Siwu granules by HPLC. Method : A column ofAgilent C18 (TC) ( 250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the temperature of 35℃ was used to separate the target component, the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0, 1% phosphate solution (30: 70) , the flow rate was 0.8 ml ·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 321 nm.
