目的: 优选姜半夏的炮制工艺.方法: 通过L9(34)正交试验考察浸泡时间、煮制水量、煮制时间3个因素,采用HPLC法测定4种核苷(尿苷、肌苷、鸟苷、腺苷)含量,同时考察白矾限量和浸出物含量,进行多指标综合加权评分,优选姜半夏炮制工艺.结果: 姜半夏的最佳炮制工艺为:浸泡60 h,煮制水量与半夏比例15∶1,煮制5 h. 结论: 优选的姜半夏最佳炮制工艺合理可靠,重现性好,为规范姜半夏的饮片加工提供参考.

Objective : To research the best processing method for ginger pineUia by orthogonal tests.
