To investigate the mechanisms of electroacupuncture (EA) at Zusanli (ST 36), Liangmen (ST 21) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) in intervening diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) based on calcium-activated chloride channel. Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups, including a normal control group (group A), a model group (group B), an EA group (group C) and a metoclopramide group (group D), with 10 rats in each group. 目的:基于钙激活氯离子通道探讨电针足三里、梁门和三阴交治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的作用机制。方法:将40只Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为4组,即空白对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、电针组(C组)和胃复安组(D组),每组10只。采用单次腹腔注射2%的链脲佐菌素(STZ)和8周高糖高脂饮食建立DGP大鼠模型。干预后测定胃肠推进率,免疫组化检测跨膜蛋白16A(TMEM16A)的表达水平,免疫荧光法检测Cajal间质细胞(ICCs)内Ca~(2+)浓度,应用全细胞膜片钳技术检测胃窦ICCs中钙激活氯离子通道电流强度(ICaCC)。结果:造模后, B、C和D组血糖较A组明显升高(均P
