目的探讨早期胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌( H.pylori )感染与活检组织人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)、性别决定相关基因簇2(SOX2)和核因子κB p65(NF-κB p65)蛋白表达的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2018年2月湖南省脑科医院收治的确诊为早期胃癌并接受手术的患者128例,其中 H.pylori 阴性者43例(阴性组), H.pylori 阳性者85例(阳性组)。取存档的胃癌组织及癌旁组织石蜡标本,采用免疫组化法检测 H.pylori 阴性及阳性胃癌组织与癌旁组织中PTEN、SOX2和NF-κB p65蛋白的阳性表达情况,采用Logistic回归分析法分析其与 H.pylori 感染的关系。结果 H.pylori 阳性胃癌组织及癌旁组织中PTE...
