　　目前已在卵巢癌细胞株、卵巢癌组织及晚期卵巢癌患者腹水中发现了卵巢癌干细胞，并证实可能参与卵巢癌的发生发展，是卵巢癌转移、复发和逃逸免化疗机制的根源。随着对卵巢癌干细胞生物学行为的深入研究，有望产生新的治疗策略，其中用免疫方法靶向卵巢癌干细胞可能成为一重要手段。中医在临床上治疗卵巢癌的原则以扶正固本，祛毒攻邪为主，从而提高机体的免疫功能。可在用免疫方法靶向卵巢癌干细胞治疗卵巢癌中发挥重要作用。
