Using monoclinal antibody technique, Tlymhhocyte cell subgroups, immunoglobins, complements, and circulating immune complexes (ClC) were measured in 60 patients with primitive pigment degeneration of retina (RP). The results indicated that T_1, T_4, T_8, C_3 and C_4 of the patients were lower than those of the control; T_4/T_8, IgM and CIC of the patients were more than those of controls.
