目的:建立中药材百合质量标准.方法:按2000版附录IX H水分测定法第一法、附录IX K灰分测定法、附录XA浸出物测定法对中药材百合的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物等质量方面进行了较为全面和系统的研究.结果:测得28个中药材百合的水分平均含量为10.59%;总灰分平均含量为2.93%;酸不溶性灰分平均值为0.12%;冷浸法水溶性浸出物量平均值为20.51%;70%乙醇浸出物量平均值为11.96%.结论:中药材百合的质量标准是含水量以不得超过12.00%,总灰分不得高于3.50%,酸不溶性灰分不得高于0.30%,冷浸法水溶性浸出物量不得低于18.00%,70%乙醇浸出物量不得低于9.00%为宜.

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Lily. Methods: The moist, accumulated ash, acid insoluble ash, water soluble extraction, ethanol soluble extraction in Lily were studied according to the related determination method in supplemen of China Pharmacopeia.
