目的 :追踪排气合剂制备中厚朴酚的含量变化。方法 :考察提取方法对厚朴酚提取转移率的影响 ;考察提取液浓缩前后厚朴酚的含量变化与分布 ;考察 pH对浓缩液中厚朴酚含量的影响。 结果 :采用 6 5 %乙醇为溶媒 ,可使药材中的厚朴酚基本浸出 ;但提取浓缩后 ,其中所含厚朴酚损失极为严重 ,约有一半损失在析出的沉淀物中 ,调节浓缩液的 pH亦不能使厚朴酚从沉淀物中溶出。另外 ,用蒸馏法提取 ,厚朴酚基本不能随水蒸气挥发而馏出。结论 :浓缩过程是影响排气合剂中厚朴酚含量的主要环节。

Objective:To tract the content changes of magnolol in preparing process of Paiqi Mixture.Mothods:Exploring the influences of the different extracting methods on the transferring rate of Magnolol in extracting process,exploring the content changes and distribution of magnolol in extract before and after concentration,and examining the influences of the different pH valuas on the content of Magnolol in the concentrated extract.Results:Magnolol could be mostly extracted from the materials with 65% EtoH as a solvent,but the Magnolol contained in the extract was lost very severely after concentrati...
