Influence of Various Factors in Processing of Seal's Genitals of Huolizhuang Capsules on Its Comminution Effectiveness

目的:为解决"活力壮"胶囊中的主要原料-海狗肾难以粉碎的问题.方法:作者采用出粉百分率为考察指标,研究了该药炮制过程中影响粉碎效果的因素,并通过正交试验法优选最佳的工艺条件.结果:实验结果表明:蒸罐压力98kPa、蒸罐时间3时、烘烤温度210℃、烘烤时间60min,炮制的海狗肾粉碎效果最好,出粉百分率最高.结论:烘烤温度、蒸罐压力对"活力壮"胶囊原料海狗肾的粉碎效果影响较大.

Objective: To solve the problem of that the major Chinese medicinal Seal's Genitals in Huolizhuang Capsules was difficult to comminute. Methods: The influence factors in the processing of this Chinese medicinal on its comminution effectiveness were studied with the percentage of comminution as an examination marker, and the optimum process conditions were selected by the othogonal test.
